Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These terms apply to purchases from Paw & Purr through pawandpurrpets.com. By placing an order, you agree to the product details, total price shown at checkout, and the policies linked on our website.

Products and orders

Our pet hair removal roller is intended for loose hair on household fabrics. It is not intended for use directly on animals. Test it on a hidden area of fabric first. Results can vary by fabric and hair type. Some product visuals are AI-edited. The listing describes what is included.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the full order total are shown at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment collected for that order.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can vary. Please review our Shipping policy for details. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Return and refund policy.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. For questions about an order or these terms, email bryan@serviceprep.app and include your order number if you have one.
